In the US, the average weight for men is around 199 pounds (90 kg), and for women, it’s around 171 pounds (77 kg). In India, the average weight for men is around 145 pounds (65 kg), and for women, it’s around 121 pounds (55 kg). That being said Americans are on average 2.5cm taller. Average BMI is 26.5 in the US and 23 in India.
So twice the size? Not really. This picture is amusing though.

He should also be leaning back in chair and getting said drink and food all over his shirt. Leaning over like that to drink is just too much effort. If the chair does not lean back, then some of those wheels should be off the floor to accommodate leaning.
