Ah but a bailout package is different. That’s a display of powerful capitalism. A private company so powerful it can’t be allowed to fail and a government so strong it won’t allow it to fail.

Instead of The King we get Guy of Gisbourne from Maid Marion.

Well I’m glad we cleared that position up. Now if you could just explain how we grade levels of suffering and in particular which one is more real than the others. Maybe even grade every type of suffering, so we can all see which one is offensive to compare to the other type of suffering. Maybe we should lay out a description for “propaganda” too.
- Comment on New idea 2 weeks ago:
I had you tagged as “confidently incorrect” for some reason from a long time ago, so thanks for confirming that’s still valid.
- Comment on New idea 2 weeks ago:
It’s hard to express how weird a statement this is…
You’re stating cows experience no “real” suffering, which is verifiably false.

I would argue that the UHT milk popular on the continent is the actual barbarism here.
- Comment on New idea 2 weeks ago:
I don’t know if I should or the one to tell you this, but the milking itself isn’t the rape they’re referring to.

If we are using the hammer analogy, let’s assume the user isn’t an expert with hammers already and is just trying to hammer in a nail to secure something to a wall. They start hammering and the nail bends and looks terrible and isn’t secure at all, but the hammer pipes up “don’t worry that’s, exactly what it should look like. Just hammer it again even harder to make sure”.
- Comment on On Tuesday afternoon, ChatGPT encouraged me to cut my wrists 4 weeks ago:
Everyone is like “oh look they made ChatGPT say something stupid, what a stupid article and writer”. Not, “ChatGPT will say stupid stuff as fact, what a stupid and underdeveloped tool”.

tldr - Gary gives bad advice because he only offers happiness and contentment. This message doesnt work on young men because every single one wants to get rich and fuck women innately without any outside influence implanting that idea of “you are not good enough”.
