White Chocolate is made up primarly of sugar.
Dark Chocolate is made up primarly of coca.
Don’t be fooled. Real dark chocolate is made at least by 80% of cocoa.

As a general rule, the darker the better.
This isn’t the first time I’ve heard that.
I heard 73% dark or more is good for everyone. I had 100% cacao chips, and I really do like them.
To get the most “health benefit,” select dark chocolate (70-80% cocoa) with the least amount of added sugar.
I may eat dark chocolate but I sure don’t tell myself it’s for “health benefit”
You should know that eating oats straight from a bag is healthier than making oatmeal.
There’s a balance between nutrition and taste/enjoyment. I’ve never been able to stomach more than a bite or two of dark chocolate at once, and that’s perfectly okay.

I never thought about it but White Chocolate doesn’t have a “dark” less sweetened equivalent, does it?
Honestly, dark chocolate tastes much better than the milky stuff anyway, its way too sweet. Still, i’m not sure how ‘healthy’ it is compared to anything else.
Yep. I can’t stand milk chocolate. So gross.
I’d rather enjoy my chocolate and die young than eat chalk.
60% is peak tho

Careful. Consumer Reports found lead and cadmium in popular brands of dark chocolate: consumerreports.org/…/lead-and-cadmium-in-dark-ch…
