  Minor sewing and either stiff cardboard or metal wire is really all you need. Cut some triangular shapes in the cardboard or bend the wire to the shape you want, wrap it with faux fur fabric, and sew it up then to the hat. Or use fabric glue to glue it to the hat.

  I am a hat person, and as a furry I have also looked for hats with ears on them, and while I just want a basic ball cap, finding ones with animal ears that also look good is hard enough that I want to just go get the materials and make my own ears on my own hat that I already wear. Unfortunately I didn’t think about this until after Joann’s closed down 😮‍💨
