I don’t think many here can be bothered to discuss an opening that you didn’t bother to write.

I do, and it’s great. It isn’t OLED, but the image is still decent. It has thin bezels, lots of inputs, it’s 4K, and most importantly, it’s just old enough to not run android. I’ll take this thing to my grave.

As I said, more than 4 positions.
- Comment on You can count past 1,000 on your fingers by using binary, instead of just 10 5 days ago:
You can show that much, but not count to it. With 10 fingers you have 1024 unique permutations, so stsrting from 0, you can only get to 1023.
It could still be possible if you’re able to handle your fingers in more than 2 positions.

He can afford to do it again and then again again. I guess the idea is to keep gambling in hopes of becoming the dominant comany in a massive industry.

- Comment on Are hierarchies inherently bad in all aspects? or are there domains where heirarchies are good to have? 2 weeks ago:
It’s an easy way to stay organized, and being organized makes the whole operation, whatever it is that you’re trying to do, run better. It can be “good for all” when used properly as a tool like in a representative democracy, and not as the entire system.
- Comment on Are hierarchies inherently bad in all aspects? or are there domains where heirarchies are good to have? 2 weeks ago:
Bad in all aspects? People wouldn’t form hierarchies all the time if there were only downsides to it. It’s pretty much the clearest and easiest way to organize.
