Okay so I filled a purse with bees like this sign said and now I can’t get back into my car. They’ve been swarming this whole time and I’m too scared to open the door.

I’ll just keep a cardboard box on the back seat with a big H on it

He’s a poet and he doesn’t know it.

Could use some improvement. For example, you generally have to do the steps in reverse order.
ceenote@lemmy.world 2 months ago
What if the thief has a beekeeping hobby? You’d be playing right into their hands.
lugal@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 months ago
Beekeepers are more likely to be allergic to bees since allergies develop at contact. This is irrelevant because the bees are already supposed to be venomous but now you know
ultrahamster64@lemmy.world 2 months ago
Just don’t get the purses mixed up
gerryflap@feddit.nl 2 months ago
Nooooo! Don’t make all those bees angry and lock them up. Bees need to be happy. Let them roam freely.
Use wasps instead, those fuckers can rot in hell.

That’s why you arrive in a stolen car and leave the keys in it. You get the joyride, they do the time.
stupidcasey@lemmy.world 2 months ago
If you did this your window would still be broken when you come back and your car would he filled with poisonous Bees, funny AF but still won’t save your car.

trxxruraxvr@lemmy.world 2 months ago

Can't tell if this is photoshopped or not..
B1ackmsth@lemmy.ca 2 months ago
Can confirm it’s not. I’ve seen these signs in person
unknownuserunknownlocation@kbin.earth 2 months ago
Really? That's hilarious and kind of awesome. Where?
Ek-Hou-Van-Braai@piefed.social 2 months ago
Bees are venomous not poisonous.
Where’s my golden star?

It says what it says
Zulu@lemmy.world 2 months ago
True. Everyone knows car thiefs enjoy a nice bee snack. Venemous bees arent good enough, they need to be poisonous too now. We really are ignoring geneva conventions these days.
A_Random_Idiot@lemmy.world 2 months ago
Bees are only venomous if they sting you.
But if you are eating delicious bee snacks out of a stolen purse, you’d need them to be poisoned to hurt the thief.
Exusia@lemmy.world 2 months ago
I showed up here to make this joke too, haha

Username checks out? 😉
DannyMac@sh.itjust.works 2 months ago
Would the bees be poisonous if one ingested a purse full of bees full of sting venom?
Diddlydee@feddit.uk 2 months ago
No. You still need to get stung in your mouth or throat, and that’s venom. You can eat bees til the cows come home.
supergrizzlybear@pawb.social 2 months ago
if you bite it and you die then its poisonous
if it bites you and you die then its venomous
so yeah i suppose it would

stupidcasey@lemmy.world 2 months ago
Then you are using the wrong Bee’s not our fault you don’t have degree in Bio-engineering.
Ek-Hou-Van-Braai@piefed.social 2 months ago
You don’t need to be a rocket surgeon to know bees aren’t poisonous, they’re venomous
Soulphite@reddthat.com 2 months ago
How do you know for certain that the bee isn’t coated in poison? Perhaps said bees wallowed in poison ivy effectively coating themselves in the leaves poisonous oil? We can’t assume, you know what they say about assumptions?
Ach@lemmy.world 2 months ago
You don’t actually know that. Perhaps they marinaded the bees in cyanide hoping the burglar would eat them.
