  That’s good. I think you’re misunderstanding my post. The point is about people who whine about new movies, saying “nobody wants this” but then go out of their way to see it. It would be one thing if they were watching it at home and putting less effort in, but they will go to the theatre and put all that effort and money in for a movie they claim shouldn’t be made because nobody wants it

  I’m more realistic. I tell people to leave the Untied States if they can. I realize not everyone can but I know people who have other options and choose to stay there. People with ties to other countries

  I’m with you there. Sometimes, I’m easy to please. I wanna see dinosaurs and other visual spectacles on the big screen. My favourite movies are ones with a good story but good visuals are sufficient sometimes, especially for the big screen.

  I’m pretty sure in Canada it’s illegal to encourage suicide. Even if it’s legal, it’s still a shitty thing to do

  Yes but I’m talking about people who were complaining at the first trailer “nobody wants this” and still go to the effort of seeing it. Typically happens with remakes and sequels.

  I see movies at the theater all the time. I think you misunderstand my complaint. I’m complaining about people who go out of their way to see movies they claim nobody wants to see. If you made the trip to see it, you wanted to see it

  Yeah, it’s hard to get politicians to change the system that git them voted in. Australia has ranked choice voting. I wish we had that in Canada. One of Justin Trudeaus’s campaign promises was to change the voting system but that didn’t end up happening
