The fun trick with this is when the HoA defends themselves there’s usually a clause that allows them to charge folks within the HoA to pay for legal bills, aka you.
So you have to pay for the HoA to defend itself against you filing a lawsuit about how it is violating your laws. While also paying for your side of the lawsuit too.
(This is of course all depending on the nature of what youre filing for and specifically who it is against, but it’s just another example of why HoA’s are useless profit generation for those that run the HoA. Specially if its a mega-corp owned HoA like Sentry)

Love doing this with modern atlus games. Cant wait to buy the “royal golden reloaded remaster collection” edition for $20 from a used/third party retailer.

My response to google or any of their adjacents is “wait people are seeing ads?”
Even though i know that yes, the majority do just let the ads blare into their brain. I just don’t engage with them to a point that it surprises me people still have energy to complain about em.
Recently told one of my friends about ublock and he was flabbergasted. He’d been just raw dogging the internet since its creation. Was more surprised he never stopped to think “maybe it doesn’t have to be like this.”

Just don’t use food delivery apps. Get it yourself, or only buy from places that have dedicated delivery jobs.
Delivery apps cause increased prices for the consumer AND the company selling the food. If the company isn’t prepared for that, then they may take a loss just because you wanted to pay some middleman 20% + a tip to an underpaid “gig worker” without insurance or job security.
There is a way to do these right. ALL of the major ones do not do it right.

I imagine there’s a world where parents in certain countries know their family will most likely die. They then send their child to the US to hopefully let them escape that fate.
That fate being to die by the bombs and munitions made by the very same country you sent the child to.
That world is our very own.
