Generally when someone is shot, they are indeed targeted. I know the concept of aiming is somewhat anathema to you Americans, but it is often much more effective than your usual approach to firearms.

A private jet at a close by airport took off at about enough time for the shooter to hop on board and escape. It unexplainably disappeared off radar as it crossed into Arizona, then it came back an hour later.

In the second video, there’s even a weird glitch at about 18 seconds, where he says “Charlie was a patriot” and if you look over his head there’s like a shift or something that is noticeable.
I noticed this yesterday, I think its at least edited, but seeing him today…he does not look quite as feisty as usual. Its not worth spending time on, proving that a video was faked is not exactly the most pressing issue of our time. But I think there’s merit to the claim

Trump’s video announcing the death of Charlie Kirk is clearly AI.
His hands change size and barely move
His entire body and head is far too stiff and moves unnaturally
The video itself seems off, as if its missing detail loke any AI vids do
His voice is unusually monotoned, even for his “serious” voice
Almost none of his typical Trumpisms like fucking up his words, slurring his words nor going off on a tangent were there
And, of course, just today at the 9/11 memorial event his right side of his face is drooping.

There may have been a weapon “aimed” or “targeted” at the victim for the shooting to occur. The FBI is 60% certain that a random bullet did not magically manifest and hit the racist conservative idiot in the neck.
