Not defending democrats here, but it says it was halted pending reviews. I would say at least the democrats have some sense of following rules, while under the Trump administration, these were immediately lifted.
Make of it what you will, but it’s pretty clear that following the laws/rules is a thing of the past in the US of A.

I’ve been using an iPhone for the past 6 months or so, an older iPhone 12 Pro my wife used until she upgraded to the 16 Pro. I can’t say too many bad things about the is itself, since it feels like a walled garden android and the software quality is actually worse on IPhone, but it might be the aging chip on it.
I can’t wait to go back to Android!

Apple is the same company that “complied” with the alternative app stores by “allowing” altstore to exist, fully controlled by something called “notarized” apps.
They are are a POS anti-consumer company which deserves the worst. Oh yeah, and let’s not forget the quality of their own os and apps. Pure trash.

it’s getting hard to keep up with the changes YT does and especially as an ios uYou+ or ytLite user (like me) as now you need a jailbroken device that needs to be on an ios version that support the last youtube app version and decrypt and build the modded app with this whole workflow…
Before you ask I’m ios because reasons and need to be on it until apple drops support for my iphone 12 pro. I miss Android…

- Comment on We Should Immediately Nationalize SpaceX and Starlink 2 months ago:
Sure, I mean technically paypal was a rather innovative idea for its time, but again, the guy basically associated himself with smart people that had bright ideas.
Yes, he does have a knack for growing businesses to a larger scale, but most millionaires/ billionaires do, cause they outsource brain matter and decision making to a select few.
I’m not sure if I ever liked the guy or his largely exaggerated marketing, but being a POS nazi isn’t helping either, so i’m biased towards nazi hate I guess. Either way, he will need a paradigm shift for people to accept him back into the decent human beings club. I do hope he will find a way, but doubt it really.

- Comment on Realtek's $10 tiny 10GbE network adapter is coming to motherboards later this year 3 months ago:
That is true, given everyone used good quality nvmes, which is not always the case, but honestly, 1Gbps fiber is enough for a home with multiple users. Even if, assuming the storage is not the bottleneck, unless you need often very large lan transfers should be more enough with 1Gbps.
Anyway, I guess i’m sidestepping the initial topic. bottom line: cool cheap tech for companies, not so much for home users.

- Comment on Realtek's $10 tiny 10GbE network adapter is coming to motherboards later this year 3 months ago:
Even when doing that, the bottleneck is the storage write speed. you can have 1Tb internet connection and it wouldn’t matter unless you have enough users in a home.

don’t forget the rudeness of some people. they behave like the whole building is a hotel and they can do whatever they damn well please.
If it were up to me, I would obliterate this concept. Hotels are for holidays, not people’s houses where everyone brings along their holiday brains and are being generally disrespectful towards the communities.
