I thought of this post entirely because I have the Pokémon Center theme from Pokémon HeartGold SoulSilver stuck in my head, and it has wriggled in over and over for months despite me hearing and actively making other music.
Here a little late with some certified bangers in no particular order:

Looked for someone to mention Mega Man. You picked a good one, but I’ll add the opening intro theme for Mega Man 2 for my catchy pick.

Hell March! The Red Alert 2 version is the best one to me, maybe because it was the first I heard or because it just feels punchier.
We All Lift Together from Warframe goes fucking hard.
The Stupendium made an Outer Worlds song called The Fine Print that also goes hard af for either setting imo.
Some other bangers are the entire Silent Hill 3 sound track and My Dark Disquiet by Poets of the Fall from Control.
The Driftveil City Theme from Pokemon B&W pops up in my mind quite frequently, I’d say its up there in the list for catchiest Pokemon tunes. Honorable mention for Cave Story’s Main Theme (the wii version is clearly superior from all others and I will not accept any other opinions on the matter)
It’s gotta be from Final Fantasy, hard to choose just one when you got: Suteki da Ne, real Emotions, Eyes on Me, Sen no Kotoba, Otherworld, One Winged Angel, etc… there’s a reason why I love Theatrhythm. But if I had to it will probably be Melodies of Life.
Actually, I change my mind, this is the catchiest video game song.
I’ve got 3 that I randomly hum in my head every now and then.
Great picks, Castlevania and Mega Man are my top 2 fave soundtrack franchises.
Iunno how this wasn’t mentioned, but Payday 2 has a lot of catchy / going-hard songs.

Iwatodai Dorm from Persona 3 Reload was the most recent one that really got stuck in my head, but it happens a lot for me. It’s not always video game music, but probably is a majority of the time.

The entire soundtrack of Chrono Trigger, but Schala’s Theme is my absolute favorite. 30 years later, and i *still" let it play out in it’s entirety the first timer it plays in Zeal.

Turtle Woods from Crash Bandicoot 2 has never left me ever since I first played it on the PS1.

Hang On main theme tune is excellent. The soundtrack to Hang-On and Super Hang-On are both top tier.
