    There was literally a medical emergency on the floor next to him and all he could do was stand there. He either: A) lacks all empathy and was upset the attention wasn’t on him, or B) so snowed out of his gourd with Alzheimer’s he didn’t know what was happening. Either of which makes him unfit for office.

      Of course he lacks empathy. That is the main reason he doesn’t care or notice what is going on around him. If something is happening where he is not the center of attention, then it doesn’t happen in his version of reality.

  Vascular Dementia is one hell of a trip and Trump won’t survive the next two years since it seems like he is in the middle symptoms of it. Guy shits in a diaper and takes hormones and uppers but that doesn’t stop his veins from being clogged up from the decades of MC Donalds he consumed. So that means random swelling and easy brusining especially to parts of the body like limbs and particularly the feet in the case of vascular dementia where they get swollen constantly. His brain also doesn’t get enough oxygen as well but that doesn’t mean it’s being clogged up in the traditional dementia way. It’s literally being starved of oxygen and is slowly killing him because his arteries are fucked.

  The point I’m trying to make here. Don’t eat like Trump. Even if your family doesn’t have a history of Dementia. Vascular Dementia will fuck you up later in life.
