Can I have a high power laser in my classes so I can fry the camera and his eye balls?
Even with Teslas, if they are on sentry mode and filming everything, they need to have the notification well visible before person enters the zone of potential recognition.
Person wearing smart classes should also require a big red baseball cap with a text “dipshit filming everything” or “fascist camera surveillance system”. Some loud buzzer would be fine too.
Lets make some initiatives and make this happen.

It has always been the problem with Micro$oft products. You don’t use them the way you want or need to. You use them the way Micro$oft envisioned it.

I understood that it wasn’t notepad++ software itself, but some foreign actor did some high level shit on the update channels of their platform.

For some reason I have a vague memory that the old notepad is still there. You just need to do a extra loop to start it. I’ll check if I can find the link.
It’s been a while and I’m a Linux user, so I didn’t really pay attention.

You get shitloads more people to buy a cheap gadget that’s easy carry with you.
If you start talking about ham radios and licences, most people loose interest before you finish the sentence.
- Comment on What if the Internet Goes Down? - 15 Jan, 7PM CET 1 month ago:
Here meshtastic has become part of the emergency information network initiative. If there is a coms blackout, intercity/town civillian communications are to be handled by amateur radio enthusiast with licence and communications whitin the city/town will be handled by licence free systems. Meshtastic has been spreading well among the general public, so it has become most viable system to use at lowest level in the chain.
- Comment on The Console That Wasn’t: How the Commodore 64 Outsold Game Consoles 1 month ago:
Here there was no sensible way to buy C64 games till the early 90’s. Late 80’s you could find few games “under the counter” in shops specialised in electronics, if you asked. They were usually expensive garbage and picked by someone, because of the cover art. There was always the one obscure flight sim for adults that was also shit.
So 100% illegal copies.
If somebody found a good game it was quickly bartered and copied to everyone else.
- Comment on What are your technology mispredictions? 1 month ago:
Yeah. Didn’t we all. Although I’ve met several smart young people that self educated themselves in to a impressive degree.
Then again I’ve met dozen times more dumb-dumbs that have made their idiocy much much worse and are spreading it around.
Polarizing as always. Sorry to say on average for the worse.

Local vet removed paid parking. Every local contractors with a van too large to fit in the local shopping malls parking lot, will now leave it there and if you bring your sick animal to the wet, you have carry it from the FUCKING mall.
I swear the next time I’m gonna key every fucking van there and burn down the malls coffee shop where they keep sitting on their ass all day.
