No the reason is because data centers hoard all of it, and almost all of the manufacturers switched from making consumer grade RAM to making enterprise grade RAM, leaving the consumer market with very low inventory.

I work with 100% veterans and active duty. I have thousands of clients, and veterans or active duty.
The vast majority of people do not join because of family tradition. The vast majority join for the absolutely insane benefits that come along with service.
