    Assumptions:

    • Avg human weight: 62kg
    • Poop to be pooped: 300g (based on avg bowl mvmnt of 128g)
    • Velocity of poop: 11kmh (based on fart velocity)

    The answer is no, you would have to take a shit about 20 times the normal dump to move at about 5kmh.
