What’s with these new accounts suddenly posting dozens of generic, overwritten and preppy posts in a few hours. It seems like an almost inhuman pattern…
If you enjoy napping, you're basically time traveling to a future where you're less tired.

Thats not true at all. My alarm goes off, and I hit snooze, like “Oh, just five more years…”

You’re gambling your resource (time) to hopefully gain freshness. The game is rigged for net loss

The more you do it the older you get until you become so old you sleep most the day and are always tired.

What’s the consensus on napping? I like it, at 3/4 I’m burned out and need one.

You got the perfect time. My rhythm is to get up, go to work, come home and nap for 20-45min so I can then tackle the rest of the day. It’s like a soft reset.

20-30 minute naps are ideal. When I lie down, I set an alarm for 35 minutes. It gives me 15 minutes to fall asleep and if I don’t fall asleep in that 15 minutes, then I realize it’s not happening and get up.
