I have no sympathy for GAFAM, but Mozilla sucks even more and you can’t convince me otherwise.

Tradition is something silly. Endlessly redoing the same things at a fixed time just because…

Maybe not. I’m pretty sure the ratio of productivity vs waste of time when sitting in front of a pc is actually <<1 in my case.

Fuck you, Bezos. And fuck Amazon.

Man, I understood perfectly what you meant in the OP. Conversely, you didn’t understand what I mean. Congrats for the accurate research on my voting history. Now you may infer that I don’t like absolutism.
You’re a tool for idiocy, trust me.

Me? Shill for what, exactly? II was just trying to explain why some people react defensively beforehand whenever some sensitive topic is tangentially mentioned and it’s exactly for the reason I told you before.

Perhaps it is hard if English is not your native language.
Nope. Some people just want to politicise every little shit for fake internet point.

Pigs are just 4 legged humans that are dumber.
Many humans are way dumber than the dumbest pig. You have many specimens here and on other social networks.

“This internet stuff is useless” (me, around 1994). Yeah, I’m a visionary.

And this is on “technology” because…?

A F1 driver is not a scientist. And no, you’re wrong.

Maybe they’re trying to say that science (at least, Phys) without advanced calculus is “just” outreach or popularization. And they’re right.

IIRC these are related to Bing misbehaving. There should be an ooen issue about that. Try deactivating it in preferences flash a workaround.
- Comment on If the Bond franchise hadn't been sold to Amazon, it was possible we could have seen a movie with the US as the bad guy. 2 weeks ago:
You don’t even need a movie for that.

Better taste!
- Comment on Finding hair in your food is much worse than finding food in your hair. 2 weeks ago:
A sensible take. Happened seldom to me but what I was eating was likely in a oven at over 100 °C anyway, so any kind of organic matter is dead stuff at that point. Plus, having worked in restaurants for quite a few years, I can assure you that much worse stuff than a single hair can end up in your food.

Religions (all of them) are just a bunch bullshit nonsense. In other news, water is wet.
- Comment on The Global Rise of Low-Quality AI Videos: new research shows that 21-33% of YouTube’s feed may consist of AI slop or brainrot videos 3 weeks ago:
My algorithm is as simple as avoiding YouTube altogether and finding what I need elsewhere (preferably in text form).
- Comment on If you save someone's life and then you save her life again next year, how many lives did you save? 3 weeks ago:
In some languages (i.e., italian and spanish), “person” is a feminine word (the word itself has ha gender, grammatically). Maybe OP isn’t a native english speaker and they’re just translating literally their thought.

That would be great

Yeah… Next one would be forbidding people to write shitty music.

- Comment on Mozilla’s new CEO is doubling down on an AI future for Firefox 4 weeks ago:
Brave works fine for me and that’s all it matters. I don’t care about made up “controversies” of and internet drama. As if Mozilla didn’t fuck It up several times along it’s miserable history.
- Comment on Mozilla’s new CEO is doubling down on an AI future for Firefox 4 weeks ago:
Still slower than Chromium plusI don’t want to give market share to Gecko because fuck Mozilla.
- Comment on Mozilla’s new CEO is doubling down on an AI future for Firefox 4 weeks ago:
I know. Still, it has a bit less flexibility isolation than Brave (fingerprint protection, ephemeral storage and so on).
