- Comment on Are Nintendo's $80 online game prices a result of tariffs or is Nintendo just using them as an excuse to price gouge as corporations do? 3 weeks ago:
Yes but back then most people only bought maybe 2-3 games the entire generation and traded with their friends. There was also a lot of local coop games.
Now people would like to play dozens of games and it’s difficult to share, often you even need to buy two copies of a game to even play with your family in the same house.

As someone without parents I immediately thought what kind of job pays enough to pay all your bills and rent. Then realized you probably aren’t paying the starting rate of thousands of dollars each month to parents?
- Comment on Do you feel like you've reached the end of what the world has to offer? 2 months ago:
Yes I do feel like this. Sure there are things that I haven’t done, many involving money or skills that I don’t have.
But life feels like playing a video game that is procedurally generated. It’s minor variations of the same component things and sensations that I have felt before.
- Comment on If scientists could make you immortal but could only do it by transferring your consciousness into a single video game for ever, which game would you choose? 2 months ago:
Sure but everything would be blocky and you would be stuck with villagers saying hmm all the time. Unless you decide to live alone with the lights always on so a creeper, enderman or zombie doesn’t get you.
