As a serious question, what makes you feel like you have to correct a deliberate choice of a word? What about that choice makes you feel like that? What bothers you about it?
ryedaft@sh.itjust.works 3 weeks ago
Doggo is diminutive, indicating that the dog is cute. Romance languages have been doing this forever and it is also valid in Germanic languages.
KSPAtlas@sopuli.xyz 3 weeks ago
EXACTLY, English has diminutives like many other languages
Also, slang terms are as “correct” as any other words, the only difference is the context where you use them
Lost_My_Mind@lemmy.world 3 weeks ago
You have that backwards…

I’ll be the one to say it: who is actually using leashes with their shibari suspension?
acockworkorange@mander.xyz 3 weeks ago
I don’t think that’s for the suspension…
ryedaft@sh.itjust.works 3 weeks ago
I love the kill room aesthetics of their curtains

Yeah tbh I wasn’t sure on first glance if this was just a sex thing or a sex+violence thing.
