Shared office is even worse, everyone is loud, you’re missing the attenuation you had in your cubicle. Impossible to do phone calls / video calls without noise canceling headphones and good noise filtering. Ans when you’re at home trying to talk to someone on-site, you can hear three other colleagues chatting in the background. Hate this shit with a passion

I jumped ship early on. They didn’t include skipping intros (or removed the plugin or the capability to use plugins, I don’t remember).
Went to Jellyfin, took like 2 hours to figure out what’s different. I don’t even remember, are there any features worth it staying on Plex? At least I’m not missing anything.
Also for watch together you start a watch group and can watch a show episode for episode. Instead of having to open each episode separately and having everyone join again (but maybe Plex fixed this already, I wouldn’t know).

If you don’t exist in the worst case scenario (wet hands, barefoot on wet tiles or sum), you probably have a lot of resistances, skin contact, shoe sole, idk carpet. Since your body has only around 500-1000 ohms (I think) the voltage applied to the body would be way less. If your shoes got 10,000 ohms, they’d get 100 volts and you like 10. This scenario would be 10 milliamps then. Numbers out my ass, but you don’t get “voltage, but no current”. Except if you manage to raise your body’s internal resistance somehow.

Just put it behind tailscale and use the IP. Doing this for a two years now with weekly anime watch together with my friends. Not elegant but enough.

Yeah I switched 2-3 years ago because so many features were paywalled and on jellyfin I can at least use plugins
