  They don’t punish you for driving without a license before a trial though. You still have to be found guilty, and they have a right to that process

  That doesn’t even make sense. A trial is where you’d find out whether or not you’d be able to prove it. Are you suggesting weresupposed to not assume innocence if they don’t have an idea in them at the time of detainment, because that’s a right too

  Our law- rightly- operates on the basis or natural rights. Endowed by their creator, and inalienable. Do you know what that means? It means rights aren’t something given to you by the constitution, you are born with them just for being a person, and they cannot be taken away. If we have a right to fair trial, so does everyone who ever lived, whether they got them is just a matter of how oppressive their governments were. Illegal immigrants are people and thus have natural rights.

  Nothing that has expectations of its users ever does. The only reason desktops let you build them is that IBM set a default for modularity to save money, and most consumers ignore it. Trying to change a dumb default to be smarter as with phones will never happen though
