  Pretty much.

  Anyone with half a brain cell knows that he is a pathological liar. And even worse than being a pathological liar, he’s a pathological “truth bender”. At no point is he lying, and at no point is he ever telling the truth. This gives him a method to worm his way out of any verbal snafu he found himself in. He learned it by emulating his sociopathic father, and he taught his children the same trick.

    Are you sure trump isn’t also a sociopath? He doesn’t care if his actions kill people, or hurt others, really unless it hurts him personally, he doesn’t give a shit about anything else.

    That sounds like textbook sociopath to me.

    In that case, let’s hope he’s an absolutely incompetent idiot who will fail fast and spectacularly or an old guy who will die fast, so that when he’s gone people all agree that this wasn’t a great political experiment and all join in together to rebuild the political system much better than before.

    Basically he’s been publicly accused of being a fascist (he is) and a wannabe dictator (he is) so many times in the media, that it’s starting to lose all meaning. He knows that if you repeat a lie enough times it becomes the new truth, so he’s just word salading his way through to next November. None of his supporters care, and nobody who has been anti-Trump is surprised.

    I honestly wish it was as hands down as that. What he said appeals to exactly the kind of people it was directed at…and there are so SO many of those people out there. Majority? I don’t know; and that in itself is a problem…it should be absolutely obvious that a significant majority of people aren’t aligned with him. But its not.

    I’ll betcha this ends up working to his advantage somehow.

      Lol, elections don’t get decided by straight ticket states, they get decided by a handful of states (with occasional exceptions) that sit on the fence, and shit like calling yourself a dictator is exactly the sort of nudge that’ll put em off.

      Trump might be appealing to the states that would have voted for him anyway, but there’s no actual gains there to be had… Ya know?

  Trump shouldn't say things like this. Useful idiots on the spectrum can't discern when he is joking. Everyone else should watch the video and see if they honestly think he was being serious. If you do, then you probably also agree with Joe Scarborough on MSNBC that Trump will execute his opponents if elected. TDS is real.

    I have watched the video and if you think he wasn’t being honest, you probably are one of those people you mentioned that fall on the spectrum.

    He might’ve has the tone of a joke, but he’s been saying for a while now how he plans to “get back at those who wronged him”. Hell, he even said that the GOP is impeaching Biden only because “they did it to him first”.
