Wtf is your diet if it’s a struggle? Just don’t eat garbage. And like the title says, eat enough fibers (with liquids). If you’re shitting bricks you’re doing something wrong.

some people are prone to it, like IBS-C regardless.

IBS, medication with “surprise diarrhea” as a side effect, and occasional almost–passing-out on the toilet (overactive vasovagal reflex). It’s not a fun combination. Fiber only helps so much.

Fair enough, medical conditions are always special situations. In that case, consult your doctor.

Too much meat and not enough fruit and vegetables. Not just your bowels, your heart will thank you too.

We, as a society, should just agree to call it a “shitter.”

I didn’t even read the title, haha. That wasn’t meant to be a correction but a suggestion that the frog dude get more fibre.
TigerAce@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 weeks ago
I think it’s just proper English spelling. In Brittain it’s also fibre. I don’t know about other English speaking countries though. But it’s easy to assume it’s just the US Americans who can’t spell and messed it all up.
