I always have been nervous going into the bank to get my own money. Its funny to me we have a trillionaire that probably has never once had this feeling.
Who do you think you’re stealing it from? The bank?

I feel nervous leaving a store with a backpack without buying anything.
I legit didn’t even touch anything lol
<to the tune of Drowning Pool> Take your money out the bank… Take your money out the bank… Take your money out the bank… Take your money out the… BAAAAAAAAAANK!
Because of social anxiety, I am more nervous about dealing with another human being at checkout actually paying for my stuff than when I go in specifically to steal.
I agree with the trillionaire and billionaire comments, but I don’t understand why taking your money makes you feel like you’re stealing?
It’s like making a batch of cookies, putting them in a tin, later going back and taking some cookies out of the tin to eat.
Not sure. Probably because its so easy to walk in and just take money out i feel like im gonna get caught for something bad that I didnt actually do. It feels like it would be ridiculously easy to steal since you juat say your name and theye give you money
Are you well known to them?
Do you give them your account number or a card or bankbook or a check?
Or maybe you carry a gun?
I guess it's the same feeling of walking out of the grocery store without buying anything and I'd feel like I have to act normal so I won't get caught doing.... nothing in particular
I’d they are letting you take money out of your account by only giving your name, you need to get a new bank. They need to be verifying your identity somehow.
Except you also have to have your card/phone and know your pin. It’s actually one of the hardest places to steal from.
I have an uncle who used to do security for a major department store. This was over 40 years ago. They had an issue where entire racks of clothes were going missing. One time it was even two complete pallets, not even unpacked yet, they were received and then just missing. After the investigation they discovered a guy had clothes that looked similar to their uniform walked in confidently, released the locks on the wheels of the rack, rolled it into the back, another guy pulled up in a van, they put the whole rack in the back and drive off. He kinda looked like he belonged so no one questioned him.
The pallets, again same guy just walked into back room found a forklift, picked them up, loaded them into a rental truck and drove off.
Stealing is easy, it’s not getting greedy and being able to not get caught is the issue.
Seems a bit too easy if that's all you're doing without any verification. If they're checking that you are who you say you are, then it's your money.
Do we have a trillionaire?
Only if you count companies as people. For now at least
Yah I suppose its just as preposterous that we have multiple trillion dollar valuations for any fucking single entity. Thank god they are defined as a person under Citizens United and can contribute to the democratic process. /s
Soon, unfortunately.

And you’ll pay him to do it.

When you borrow $1M from the bank, it’s your problem. When you borrow $100M, it’s the bank’s problem.
