    The Miami Dolphins are still Miami Dolphins, and therefore are the Dolphins.

      So then what do we classify the Miami Hurricanes as. Their name alludes they are a storm, their mascot on the other hand that they are very brave and or stupid enough to not move out of the way of a hurricane with haste.
