They used it as a pestle.
To make aphrodisiacs.
A penistle, if you will.
Afrodickziaks, and yes, I will.
“I only keep it for sentimental reasons. It belonged to me mum.”
Fertility rituals. All very ritualistic.
Seven centimeters?
That's almost three inches which is completely unrealistic expectations.
You’ve got me wondering why American men haven’t switched to metric units yet. 7 is clearly more imnpressive than 3.
I use metric for 3D modeling and 3D printing. It’s a much better system than Imperial.
The USA actually did try to switch once, but as with everything we do, it was a half-assed attempt that didn’t stick.
They’ll have drugs and penises in metric.

See also perfectly smooth rock labeled “ancient stone tool.”
If you stick something like this up your but it aint coming out until you have an awful bowel movement.
Perhaps it was discovered in a midden? Your hypothesis would explain why it’s broken along the uh, shaft. Guess we’ll have to tune in to find out!
He said it was a fragment of a fossil cuttlefish so I was assuming there was more to this that was um… being used
