Would a wild (I think coyote?) even let someone wash it? I suspect maybe a tame one that someone used a picture of to make a funny story.

Are you suggesting the post in Lemmy shitpost might be a joke?
CarbonIceDragon@pawb.social 2 days ago
I have been known to not get humor, I thought the joke was in sharing someone else documenting a stupid decision of theirs unwittingly, and therefore if it was itself fake it wouldn’t have the same impact

Could it happen, maybe. Did it happen, unlikely but possible.

I suspect taxidermy. Take a closer look at it’s posture. It’s looking straight to the front

coyotes are smart little fuckers.
they understand that if you act well you get food.
If you only have one coyote and give them food, chances are likely they will be nice if they think they can get more.
that said, they are vicious wild animals that should never be approached unless you’re looking for a myriad of diseases or injuries.

Is that what that noise is? I thought it was a wood chipper filled with babies and cats.
Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world 2 days ago
Hey, what else was i supposed to do with all those babies and cats?

Domestication of the first canine (30,000 BCE, colourized)

Luckily they didn’t have to colorize the text

I’m impressed they already knew how the planet looks from space.
