At some point we need to ask ourselves what we really need & what we don’t need.
Especially where there is a price (I mean more plastics & supporting the industry/system & environmental impact – not just the current financial cost).
The environmental impact of 3D printing is minimal compared to the industrial levels of waste making by corporations.
Sure, but that doesn’t mean we should just print garbage because others are doing worse.
I’m all for 3d printing things for myself, especially when they serve a purpose and not just a little display piece.
Even if you are creating a display piece and not something functional, it’s something you are making for yourself, and a limited number of them. You aren’t mass producing Funko Pops of which millions will end up in a land fill.
Whenever I get a sofa, I just make sure the arm rests are squared and put a coaster on that. It’s like having a little shelf for everything. People that gets rounded arm rests are fools.

Every time I walk into someone’s home and I see a rounded couch corner I do a little chuckle. Sometimes they’ll ask what I’m laughing at. “I’m sorry, it’s just, I didn’t know you were such an idiot”
This reminds me of that guy on reddit who would make useless inventions. I wonder how he’s doing.

It’s upside down, looks like he/she designed one to go in the side between the cushion and the chair arm. Actually a pretty smart idea.

They’ve got a lot of space around the can. If the spacing is correct, could slide one of those double-wall vaccuum soda-can holders in there, keep the drink cold.
Yes they can easily be scaled to fit them. I have 73mm and 85mm holders. The smaller one is pretty universal for most store bought bottles and the bigger one is more for cups and glasses.
Honestly filling those whole with anything that can stop the remote doing it is great

Exactly. Same goes for chairs, we have legs. I think you lept a bit too far. This is more like having mini fridge for your drinks instead of simply going 8 steps to your kitchen fridge.
