It was so disgusting digging all the gunk out with a toothpick, cotton swabs, and alcohol.
Optical mice were such a huge improvement everyone I knew (except the weird trackball guy) switched as soon as they became available and never looked back.

Oh man you could hook your feet in the legs and it was get a stretch going that was like a chiropractor visit! Not sure what the other commenter is on about those desks were indestructible and served their purpose well. I do remember being excited when we got to start using free-standing chairs we could adjust where ever we wanted.

It happens, for security sake it’s usually safer to prepare for the worst case scenario.

Unsure why this has downvotes and not more conversation, it’s not that hot of a take and downvotes don’t mean anything here.

edit: I hope every inmate makes it clear that Luigi is cool with them and that anyone who does something similar will receive a warm welcome, that might make things interesting.

I remember a video right after he was taken into custody of inmates yelling out the windows about “free luigi” and “luigis conditions are terrible” of course they love him. He killed a greedy healthcare CEO, you could argue he did the world a favor.

I remember a bunch of people freaking out about this a few years ago.amd an equal number telling them they were paranoid.
You can talk about stuff and your phone will just magically start suggesting related items. Why would anyone be surprised the monitoring device in their pocket is monitoring them?

The dude is convinced he can “win” by out-procreating everyone else, it’s obvious he has some very serious mental issues that need addressing but he’ll never actually do the work required to be better. He’s exactly like the Quiverfull people trying to out-populate their perceived enemies, assuming their descendents will follow their same credo.

See the problem is a lot of people see “Nazi” and (for some reason) think people are literally talking about a card carrying member of the NSDAP, which obviously doesn’t exists after 1945.
Substitute “fascist authoritarian” for “Nazi” in more modern contexts and it makes more sense.
