You claim that each group fighting for their own unique needs and rights is some how splintering our unity. You do know intersectionality is a thing. Just because I’m for gay rights doesn’t mean I’m against black rights. Each group has their own unique needs and there is some interplay between them but there is absolutely not shame or downside to communicating those unique needs.
What you claim sounds very similar to an argument I often hear from right-wingers. “Gays and Lesbians already have equal rights. They have the right to marry someone of the opposite sex just like everyone else.”
There is a difference between equality and equity.
You claim that is the fault of minoritues demanding equal rights that inequality in wealth has risen rather than put the blame squarely where it’s deserved: the right wing, and people who couldn’t be bothered to vote against the right wing.
You claim that “leftists” are that different from tankies but judging by your own rhetoric, I’d say they are quite the same.

I think the main thing that is unnecessarily gendered is they are trying to push the “blue is the only manly color” thing in this image.

You make it sound like discrimination is something that only happened recently and that it’s some kind of conspiracy invented by the rich instead of something that has literally been around since the dawn of humanity. Hell it’s not even a trait unique to humanity.
Everyone being equal sounds great and all. Show me a left wing country that’s achieved it.
Pretending everything can be magically solved by wealth equality is pure class reductionism and this fantasy has never been borne out by reality. Different groups experience different forms of discrimination and each has different needs. Not to mention the “left” isn’t without it’s share of abhorrent views. Check out the recent posts of MeanwhileOnGrad to see transphobia and queerphobia from leftists you claim desire equality on full display.

I mean it wouldn’t be a problem if people didn’t get angry about minorities having rights. So a large part of the problem is there truly are a lot of deplorable people who have some truly abhorrent views and the rich are taking advantage of that.
The reason the rich are pushing right-wing politics is that they know socially conservative people are ready to give the wealthy whatever they want so long as they can tread on the humanity of minorities. That’s really the only reason.
If the rich could get tax cuts from pushing for social rights for minorities they would do that instead, but social liberals are less gullible than the conservatives.

It’s pretty easy to explain too. Social media and traditional media are all owned by billionaires and they want to push a rightwing agenda because that means less taxes for them and fuck everyone else.

Yes. It’s actually a pretty good movie tbh. I didn’t have much desire to see it at first either and kind of started watching it out of boredom. But it’s a good watch.

Because they think they are somehow better than other women. As the Barbie movie said, hating women is the one thing men and women both agree on.

All that matters to them is that brown people get oppressed, queer people are pushed back into the shadows, women don’t get any rights, etc.
They only marginally care about things like not starving due to being fucked over by the rich.

The advice is usually pretty common sense and likely nothing you haven’t heard before. The main benefit is having a safe space you can discuss your anxieties with a professional and having someone who will listen with minimal judgement.
Basically a paid friendship without all the other benefits of friendship.
Honestly I wouldn’t be going if it weren’t fully covered by my husband’s insurance.

I used to have one as my primary work device for a few years. Honestly, it was surprisingly usable once you find online analogs for all typical things you do on a computer.
The biggest issue is you’d be using a free online service for some application, and then they start charging per month or the company goes under and you lose your work, so you have to keep finding new services.

How like a tankie to decide someone else’s argument for them since you’d rather argue against a strawman than actually be concerned about the facts.
