    Also, things like this can result from not providing a supportive environment where queer persons and their allies feel comfortable enough to unmask and freely discuss why “bussy” probably isn’t the best terminology to use in external communications.

      there’s always the possibility the one queer person just pretended not to see and let it happen because it’s funny. but the way to prevent this is to hire at least two queer people, then once you see them giggling to each other after the meeting you’ll know something is up
