This is using the newgen definition of aura.
Aura is the sum of many things, but it’s mostly a combination of looks and attitude; meaning if you are “sexy” and “cool”, you have lots of “aura”.
Basically the image is saying they see a girl who’s a 10 dating a guy who’s a 5.
