I’ve been playing the original EverQuest (real patient lol) but caved and got Slay the Spire 2 the other day because it’s relatively cheap and seems like a good one. So far I’m really enjoying it and it’s fun to finally be playing a new game that everyone I know is also playing. Usually something comes out and they’re like “what are you playing?!” and my answer is EverQuest 😂

Fallout 1 and 2 were rough for me, I never really got through them. I have read that Fallout 2 really defines what the series is so I’ve been wanting to revisit it. Start out with 1! Don’t forget to hit save constantly.

Ahh that makes sense, I totally misunderstood it. My bad. Also there are auto playing programs that exist lol. People use programs to create bots that farm gear, materials, and currency. EverQuest has one called MacroQuest that has the ability to do literally everything for you 😹

That’s quite the take. You seem to be the exact audience for this up and coming “feature”. Why play a game when you can just watch AI play it? TONS of people replay games and rewatch movies ALL THE TIME.

Why would you single out MMO veterans in this scenario? I’ve been playing MMOs since 2001 AND I git gud. I am the older sibling/cousin that you hand your controller to when you don’t want to git gud to pass a boss.
Overall… I hate this idea that Sony has. If this becomes the norm I might never play a new game again 😭

Then don’t play dark souls. It’s inherently a frustrating game series, on purpose. I like to get gud and if some asshole puts AI into the game that takes over when I am stuck for a while I’d be upset. But tbh I wouldn’t even buy the game that has this in it. I’m not interested in training LLMs with my gaming skllls.

You have already gotten a ton of good suggestions already but I’d like to vouch for the Ellis 3d printing tuning guide and Suave Mega Hold Hairspray (huge pink can).
If you follow it from beginning to end you will have those prints coming out looking clean and actually sticking to the bed. It will take you a few hours but I promise you won’t regret it.
I find in 3d printing, sometimes it actually matters in what order you do your tuning.
Hot tip: Read the instructions first before you start doing anything. I kept making mistakes because I didn’t do that

I struggle. I love social media. Lemmy adds to the depression because somehow every post is political and I get to see all the bad things the government is doing every day. I’m shutting it all down. If I need a social fix I can play an MMO lol

I believe being on Lemmy causes unhappiness as well. We need to stop using all forms of social media. Today is my birthday and as a birthday present to myself I’m uninstalling all social media on my phone by midnight. I’m just getting my last few fixes in before I do it 😹

I like to get raw unfiltered honey and there’s no way this stuff I get can come out of a squeeze bottle. 100% needs to be spooned out because it’s almost a solid.

You should have more disdain for that low quality ass honey in a squeeze bottle. You should try local honey, it’ll change your life and then you’ll find yourself buying these dumbass barrels on a stick.
