So I can’t criticize a woman’s eyebrows, ever, because some dudes make surface level remarks about innate characteristics and dip?
You’re conflating objectification with a critique of execution.

Elaborate excuses? It’s just me explaining my thought process.
Do you go this hard against people making fun of the fit of Trump’s suits?

Nah, ignoring the fact that anyone doing what she’s doing is literally evil, I don’t comment on the way someone’s body exists in this world. Now, if someone goes out of their way to style their appearance, I use a different ruleset.
If someone has control over something in their appearance (e.g. color combinations, outfit style, cool earrings), then it’s a matter of taste and I love to hand out compliments in person. And I don’t feel bad about similarly criticizing rich, war profiteers online.
That brow shape is not a natural brow. In fact, she appears to be trying very hard not to have a natural brow and has, in fact, decided to go so anti-unibrow that it makes me wonder if a unibrow once personally insulted her.

Do you have any resources or documentation of your build? It sounds like a cool project.

You’re right about the leather processing. I didn’t consider that.
I heard there’s a new mushroom-based leather alternative that will hopefully get traction.

I’ll say many cities have a club that rents out supplies or even has club hives you can use to get started. Also, I don’t live in a huge city and I’ve seen used hives and frames for sale more than I thought I would, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for those as well.

Here’s my weird question: if faux leather is plastic and someone is vegan for environmental reasons, would leather be preferable? What if it’s a byproduct and would otherwise be trashed? These are things I think about as someone who tries to reduce my impact on the environment as much as I feasibly can in a capitalist society.

I feel so kindred with the way you see things. You’re making an observation and you’re curious about the “why” of everything. I feel people often read my similar interest in a topic as critical. Kind of like how bluntness can be perceived as rude, I guess. Does that ever happen to you?
