I skip it. I really do not like it. I want sweeping classical themes in my Star Trek.
I have no shame.

Voyager opening is the best. The optics, the music. Just perfect

Doesn’t wake you up when you fall asleep to it

I didn’t object to the idea of a lyrical song, it was the shitty lyrics that were the problem for me

this is the way. other shows I listen to the whole intro every time, this one is getting skipped every time.

Yeah, I'm old enough to have watched Enterprise when it was first aired, and I always went to grab a snack from the kitchen or something while the theme played.

The TNG theme gives me all the good brain chemicals.

I enjoyed it since they used it in TMP.

“I’ve got faith - Faith of the heart!” What’s not to love about this song?

The all of it

I've never skipped an opening credits more than enterprise.
First time I turned it on, when the credits started, I just turned it off. Didn't come back for months.
Turns out to be a great show. Worst theme in history

I stopped watching during the nazi arc. Just… Didn’t need to be that many episodes long

Most polarizing opening theme in history.

Stizzy E is a stain on the entire series, Scott Bakula should never have been allowed in space.
verity_kindle@lemmy.world 1 year ago
Mah mizzizle, Bakula was not the problemizzle. The producers and writers have far more influence than any lead actor. Blame the producers, it’s a proud traditionizzy since 1961.

This is Risa … there is no shame here … or self awareness … or sense

You say that, but try saying you want to see Arex’s naked, sweaty body and everyone treats you weird.
