Seems like bethesda is taking a break from re-releasing skyrim every few years. hope this doesn’t break mods this time
So from what I’m seeing, it’s just repackaging all the DLC and CC stuff into one bundle. Awful. A lot of the CC mods are not even that good. I don’t see how they think this is a good value over the bundle that comes with all the DLC already.
Wow, this is lazy. I wanted FO3 to get a remaster, not this. It doesn’t even look different. The game currently runs pretty well on Linux. I played it last year with no issues. I’m generally not against remasters and remakes, but only when there’s obvious improvements or extra stuff. This is just the same game.
Legit what changed? It looks exactly the same. FO4’s issues weren’t because it looked bad. I mean, it seems like I might as well just pick up my existing copy of FO4 and play that again.

I’m sure they’ll fix all the bugs with this extra special re release….
they better not. how can i enjoy my bethesda game if i dont have to reload a 10 hour old save because a quest got hardlocked? wheres the fun?
Is this coming to Switch? That’s really the only reason I’d have to actually buy this.
According to the Nintendo community here, it is.
I just warned them of how the next-gen patch broke the game on consoles and Bethesda refused to fix it even after modders showed them how. Did they ever fix it? It was so bad that some stores (like GOG) refused to carry the next-gen patch, or at least they made it optional. I still have Fallout 4 SPECIAL pre-next-gen. And I can play it on Mac. ;) (I also own it on Xbox, but it’s unplayable there.)
Nice. I’ll get a full day of this before KCD2’s last DLC drops.

Considering Skyrim Special Edition is handled like a different version of Skyrim, I would completely expect this version of Fallout 4 to break mods.

On the flip side, Skyrim Anniversary edition is just special edition with creation club content included, so there’s some hope mods won’t break.

imagine if by dumb luck, since the re-releases are so violently frequent, both games converge into a state where the mods are compatible with each other
