Nintendo should maybe make a console that is t to easily emulatable then. Why would I ever bother playing the new zeldas on console when day 1 I can play TOTK at double the fps in higher resolution?

Bro you went to Portland Oregon and got some shit new york style by the slice? You fucked up
You should try
- Ken’s Artisan Pizza
- A’pizza Scholl’s
- Pizzeria Otto
- Pizza Thief
- The Star
And that’s just the best of the best. Plenty of smaller places serving up phenomenal pies as well dotted everywhere. You only get by the slice of you’re starving right now and have less than 5 bucks.

I liked the jasper arc. I felt how that played out was really eep for a kids show. Every other conflict with a major character falls flat.
- Comment on Crossover we've been waiting for.. 2 months ago:
Ehhhh. I don’t recommend unless you below the ages of 16. It starts as a cool show. Almost has like gayer lesbian DBZ vibes but really falls off in it’s tone and writing. No problem is solved realistically and it’s all hugs magic and sparkles in the end.

- Comment on PSA: Libraries 3 months ago:
Now hear me out before I get stabbed. Libraries shouldn’t have to provide this service. In fact I wish more libraries were specialized in locking down their systems to be only used for knowledge gathering. Think a terminal that an only access reliable web sources for information.
We need a separate public space for free Internet access. Most libraries see funding hits because they are used as resources for the less fortunate to get back on their feet.
Large metro libraries right now sort of act as a “get a job center” which the unfortunate fact is drives off anyone else who wants to use the library for it’s actual resources. And also puts other costs on the library.
- Comment on Coming back to a western open world game H:FW after Elden Ring is a massive whiplash 3 months ago:
You’re right. The witcher 3 never grabbed me because of these reasons. It’s got such phenomenal quests and storytelling but in between feels like a chore aince.im just staring at the minimap the whole time. I installed mods to remove HUD elements to help fix it but I still needed a toggle for them to show me direction occasionally since the games design relies on those HUD elements to drive the player.
It’s such lazy design in an otherwise rich experience. It boggles my mind.

Im so glad the minimap genre is dying. Fucking killed gaming there for a moment.
- Comment on Valve runs its massive PC gaming ecosystem with only about 350 employees 4 months ago:
The company with more wageslaves of course. I’m sure valve employees are paid very well.
- Comment on Valve runs its massive PC gaming ecosystem with only about 350 employees 4 months ago:
Been seeing a lot of anti-valve corporate propaganda lately I think they’re upset with the way they run their company because it shows that in comparison they’re own companies are being greedy and hoarding wealth. It also shows how vastly inefficient in comparison they are.
- Comment on I have become all things to all men 4 months ago:
Honestly nobody is really talking about this much except for loud online spaces and the media. The everyday person like today at work would rather talk about video games and the like. We talked about it a bit at work but then we mostly talked about Shadow of the Erd Tree. The world is so crazy these days we’re all desensitized. It’s just another shooting in America.
- Comment on Here’s how much Valve pays its staff — and how few people it employs 4 months ago:
Unity was changing the rules after they were already set in place. Valve has never done such a move.
Imagine though if steam suddenly went to a flat fee per install instead of charging the 30% of the sale on their platform.
They would rightly be raked over the coals. But they won’t make such a dumb fucking move because it’s a dumb fucking move.
I’m not one for Corpos but as far as attacking them goes valve is certainly near the bottom of the list.
- Comment on Here’s how much Valve pays its staff — and how few people it employs 4 months ago:
Then why are publishers and customers so loyal then? There has been attempt after attempt to create a competitor but they all fall short. Steam offers so so so much in comparison to the competition it’s not even funny. The 30% is justified.

I let all my streaming subscriptions die off when my debit card expired this year and I haven’t looked back. Gaming is cheaper and more entertaining. All the new movies I would want to watch never make it to streaming services anyway
