jack is probably the most overpowered vault hunter in the series, i think youll have a lot of fun with him
i had a build with him based off chucking 10-15 grenades into a room and having digi jacks clear up anybody who was lucky enough to survive. it was hilarious

i disagree with the playable characters not being as great. pre sequel characters are the usual answers to “whos the most fun vault hunter”
usually either athena or jack, but all of them are fun

i always wonder how the usa would fare in soccer if it actually had its top athletes playing the game. usually its the 4th or 5th tier athletes who play soccer growing up. the upper tiers either go into football, baseball, basketball, or hockey
