I repaired TV’s in the 80’s and 90’s. I worked on many of them right after they came in. It was easy to discharge any caps without damaging the units. I respected the potential for getting shocked and the voltage a flyback transformer can produce so I never did get shocked by one.

So you propose that all matter naturally has zero volume because its at absolute zero by nature.

That last part is still accurate He had it right.
I remember as a kid growing up in a extended family just emerging from the worst kind of american poor. My fathers generation was the first to have decent living conditions but still faced hunger as children. They all could remember when they got electricity and running water. The older generation of aunts and uncles would often say things like 'We may be poor but at least were not N******s". That hasn’t changed a lot in some circular family tree’s.

Why would you assume the natural state of a ‘object’ is absolute zero?

Nothing at all contradictory in that statement.
- Comment on What's the real danger of opening ports? 3 weeks ago:
Move the port to a high port. Install fail2ban and set it to ban quickly. The downside of that is if you fat finger your login more than a couple of times it might ban you. I have whitelist on mine of the IP addresses I know I will be logging in from. I also run TCP wrappers which far too many people screech about it being depreciated. it works and also if set up properly logs all login attempts. I get about three or four a month on my random high port. Of course most of this depends on you trying to gain access from known addresses or subnet.
I only have the ssh login as a backup. I run wireguard with the ports set to something other than the default port. It allows me to gain access to my home network quickly. While its always possible there might be some bug that would allow someone to access it in the future it works as well as any other solution.

- Comment on Gen Z job crisis: Maybe there are just too many college graduates now 4 weeks ago:
Yes. I know it is bad for young minds. They have no ability to find answers on their own. Of course simple minds can’t see that.
- Comment on Gen Z job crisis: Maybe there are just too many college graduates now 4 weeks ago:
They are the alertanative. We can just go back to teaching kids with words and teaching them the truth. The truth isn’t a varaible when it comes to past action and events. By words I mean spoken lessons and no tech other than a smart board. In truth they should go back to slate chalkboards. Tech makes the mind lazy.
- Comment on Gen Z job crisis: Maybe there are just too many college graduates now 4 weeks ago:
This is all by intent. They don’t want people educated. Educated people develop critical thinking skills even if they are regressive. They want you just smart enough to do your taxes and vote for whoever hates the best.

Diagnosis has improved and perhaps been used too soon in some cases. Its always been here but environmental changes of some kind have increased it slightly. Most likely medical culprit is NSAIDs. Not trumps scapegoat of the moment. The other brand was however shown to cause people to lose empathy with sustained use in some studies.

I know that is a terrible blow and it sucks. However in this corrupted age you have to admire that valve acknowledged its error where any of the main players would have just kept it quite.

The reality is you made a game that few will play for several years. You could have made a game that could be playable on most contemporary machines. You didn’t and will now have to suffer from shitty sales due to your inability to understand that the majority of us don’t have the money to spend like you do you out of touch clueless ballsack.

Many mods are completely powerless in their lives. Its why the become mods. To feel like they have some control over their lives. They don’t. Just like the rest of us. The difference being they are mods and can push their pathetically limited power around. Just like some asshole on the highway who slows down when you can’t pass and goes to warp when you can.

I’m in a constant battle to keep it removed off our office machines. You can’t remove it completely since its cached and installed with every user login. In order to get rid of it we would have to pay for the enterprise version. Just another rip off from macroshit.

If he is wrong about that then he is probably wrong about nearly everything else he says. They just pull these statements out of their ass and try to make them real. The eternal problem with making something real is that reality cant be changed. The garbage they have now isn’t that good and he should know that.
