Same with the AI thing – my poor brain is so primed to see it. The little dude looks so strange here though lmao
I think there was another image, maybe a political cartoon, where a dude had like six fingers and another had a cut-off leg (misdrawn, not amputated). It even had a color pallate close to the standard AI comic scheme. It came from way before generative AI, though.

- Comment on Would we be able to use the measles virus to reset the immune systems of people with autoimmune disorders like MS or rheumatoid arthritis? 6 days ago:
I have had SO many “good” ideas as a kid. I’ll learn a fact and go “wow I cannot believe it is this easy to manipulate the human body” and thank my stars I had enough sense to take "Its more complicated than that, but I can’t explain the very real consequences as an answer. Its always at least something with bodies. Honestly, its nuts that anything makes us better at all

- Comment on Why is it considered sexist to ask women to smile? 2 weeks ago:
An older trucker told me (a man (at the time)) that I’d look better if i did. Not “cuter” or “prettier” but it felt slimy, still. I have one example of that and hecking dozens of examples of these old fucks hitting on female cashiers. Straight up inviting a young woman into the shower with regularity. Anyway,
yeah, this is why its sexist: Men want women to make their dick hard (in a manner of speaking).

I think you’re talking about something something on a screen. Try turning off your monitor? Depending on the platform, you might be able to find an alternative frontend. Good “luck”!

I think they’re joking.
Yeah, this rain-collecting barrel? I’m saving it for a rainy day. Gonna be real useful then.

We had a “glass” elevator in a mall around here back when I was a kid, but everyone knows their just fancy LED screens. The same thing don’t move. That lurch you feel? That’s the teleportin’ happening

- Comment on In 6 hours it will be illegal to say "I support Palestine Action" in the UK, with a sentence of up to 14 years in prison. 5 weeks ago:
Crazy. I thought Palestine Action was oddly capitalized. They’re a fucking group. They’re an organization- I thought they were banning supporting ending a genocide, but they’re shutting down a based and vandal-pilled activist group.
Uh, I’ve never heard of them but fuck it. I support Palestine Action. You can’t just censor people or opinions out of existence. wtf

Just, like, one of it. The issue isn’t that its been studied, as you seem to think. The issue is that you made a claim and are now vaguely gesturing at literature to back it up :)

And what is the Best Sunscreen in the World, OP? I get a single mention on a brand name before the article tastefully fades to black. Is there an ad in there, or is there something dystopian?
