I’m pretty sure he worked really hard for a really long time to become the Michael Jordan of basketball. He didn’t just make a free throw on a whim and then become probably the most famous player of all time

I want to be the Michael Jordan of underwear salesman.

Underwear? Bruh.
Shoes.
Plopp@lemmy.world 7 months ago
Aren’t shoes the underest wear of them all? You’re not wearing anything under the shoes. It’s just ground down there.

Where can I be the Micheal Jordan of Space Jam?
GladiusB@lemmy.world 7 months ago
I would settle for the Labron James of Space Jam if that is on the table.

I hope so. I just switched from 10 year plumbing career to starting my own handyman business
Plopp@lemmy.world 7 months ago
So, how much for a handy?
popekingjoe@lemmy.world 7 months ago
A hundred bucks. Cuddling is an extra hundred.

Apparently he was actually pretty good at baseball but there was no minor league facility that could accommodate his fandom. So he had to retire before he could really train to compete at that level.

Instead I am the Jordan Michael in mine.

Except Michael Jordan was the Michael Jordan of basketball and quit to become the Michael Jordan of baseball. So that also could happen to you at your current job.
