I don’t believe anyone who says they never talk to themselves while alone. How else are you supposed to get your mind to focus on only a single thought at a time?

You can talk toy yourself all you want, just wear a Bluetooth earpiece (turned off). While you’re at it, you might as well put your favourite booze into a closed insulated coffee tumbler. Now wear a clean collared shirt and no one will question you talking to yourself or your day time drinking.
