    people regularly obsess about that 1 little thing they did/didn’t do years ago and how it dramatically changed their life for the worse, whilst also fantasizing about how they could dramatically change the oresent by making onw change in the past, at the same time as convincing themselves they’re incapable of changing the future.

      Yeah if you go back in time 10,000 years and step on an ant, you might dramatically alter the future so we’d be up to WW6 by now and its pronounced “al-yoo-min-ee-um” everywhere on the planet.
