Never take advice from individuals such as Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan, PewDiePie, Elon Musk, Doctor Oz, Doctor Huberman etc…
Most of these people are snake oil salesmen.
The most reliable advice is produced by research universities. Universities publish actual good advice.
Basically, if you want to eat a good diet, look at what Harvard University says.
