    That’s like saying you’ve hit 20% less people with your car this year. I suppose that’s technically an improvement but the goal is a lot more significant than that.

      All I can see is a sound icon that does nothing until I open in the browser, then it works.

  That would be Toronto’s Pearson Airport! Often ranked the worst or nearly the worst in North America, depending on the survey. It’s not great…
