For the military arm in the Middle East they sure need a lot of US aircraft carriers and military bases to protest them against incoming missiles.

For all the circlejerk, smallpox vaccines used to leave very large massive scar. As if someone put out a sigarette on your shoulder. Newer versions of it no longer do this, but the older versions scar can get very ugly.
