What better way to demonstrate that it’s not the land of the free, by prosecuting such a trivial thing.

There is no passing. Executive orders don’t create new laws. You can’t be charged with burning a flag. You can and will be arrested for something else if you do this, though.

This doesn’t change the law. Go burn flags. Just don’t commit any crimes while doing it and you should be good.
If you own the flag and burn it on your property I’m not sure what they could do to you.

Oh, so we care about this now? I can think of a uniquely offensive occurrence in involving a fouly nicknamed plane and an island that just might be a bit more worthy of investigation & prosecution.
