  TBF, a lot of people are visually aging slower due to a combination of not smoking, less alcohol, more exercise, better diets, and better skin care. At least that’s the case for those who care.

  As an anecdotal example, I’m in my 30’s and the only sign of it is the fact I’m getting some gray hairs on the side of my head

    A particularly nasty neighbour who smokes and drinks a lot is 30 but looks 50, so this checks out for me.

      A lot of millennials don’t want to admit this. My female coworkers admit they got some botox here and there even though some of them are in their 20s. Women are also having babies later in life, so the surge of hormones usually released during pregnancy and birth doesn’t happen, so the manifestation of physical signs of ageing is delayed.
