    Onion version of this is genuinely delicious.

    But I get it, raw pork isn’t common and shelf life is very short.

  The other day I mentioned seeing a weird sign in a window while in Bremerhaven that was basically this, but the meat was piled comically high with the word “PIZZA!” above it.

  What is this thing actually called? It sure isn’t pizza. 🤣
