Yeah they are common beach wear but a visiting a site for looking at women wearing them is not something most people would do at work so they are probably right.

So people visit lemmy when they’re at work ??🤔🤔
killeronthecorner@lemmy.world 16 hours ago
Sure people have breaks, lunches … It’s not unusual to read news or social media during these times.

what are these new Docker@someinstance accounts? I just blacklisted one yesterday because it was writing like a US republican themed account. it was just a single day old account and now here is this

I think someone is just utterly clueless about how any of this works, and decided to wipe the slate clean and start again.
slazer2au@lemmy.world 16 hours ago
Massively depends on the work environment.
But most office workers would have this marked as NSFW.
Docker_84@discuss.online 16 hours ago
Of course l have marked it NSFW
palarith@aussie.zone 16 hours ago
Yes, but having a bikini pic on your work computer/phone is a no no.
NSFW = Not safe for work
dysprosium@lemmy.dbzer0.com 16 hours ago
Maybe I don’t understand? but you only see the bikini if you’re subscribed to said community, right? On whichever instance it’s being hosted, doesn’t matter?
Successful_Try543@feddit.org 16 hours ago
Unless somebody is scolling through the ‘all’ feed.
Treczoks@lemmy.world 12 hours ago
There are people like me who occasionally read all/new.

It’s mostly because you’re using the images of women, rather than posting OC
It’s a huge red flag, because there are so many creeps who use the images of women without their permission
Are you asking these women their permission before you post their image?
Docker_84@discuss.online 16 hours ago
These pictures are circulating on the internet. I didn’t shoot them down.
FistingEnthusiast@lemmynsfw.com 16 hours ago
Well, images of me have been shared without my consent, because they were “circulating on the internet”. It doesn’t make it any less of a violation
Your question is pretty dumb from the outset, of course pictures of women in bikinis would be more appropriately hosted on a NSFW server
And anyway, it’s still creepy.
nimble@lemmy.blahaj.zone 9 hours ago
If you’re creating a community to sexualize something then lemmynsfw would be the best place for it imo unless there is already an instance for that topic (furry, anime, etc). It has nothing to do with how popular or commonplace a thing like bikinis are.
Personally one of the things i love about lemmy is that there’s a lot less objectifying women on my /all than reddit because a lot of these ‘bikini’ (and similar) communities are mostly under a single instance which can be defederated.
Azzu@lemm.ee 16 hours ago
Of course you can create it basically anywhere. But if you’re going to allow posting of pictures of women in bikinis, your community will be mainly used to masturbate, that much is guaranteed. So if that is the case, it makes complete sense to put it on lemmynsfw.com.
I’m not sure how many are actually interested directly in bikinis. I.e. if there was no woman attached to them, would people actually like and comment on pictures of bikinis, or start discussion threads about topics related to bikinis? I mean sure, there are probably some people, but I’m also pretty sure they’re vastly outnumbered by people interested in bikinis because a woman is clothed by them.
Docker_84@discuss.online 16 hours ago
Isn’t masturbation relaxing ?? It helps you to maintain your blood pressure.
Vedlt@lemmy.world 15 hours ago
Is that something you’re doing at work?
